About Health

I try to make a balanced diet, I eat four times a day, I eat all foods and I do exercise especially I play football and basketball, I try not to eat too much fast food this is very dangerous, my favorite food is rice, ice-cream and pasta. I don’t obsession with watching my weight but I don’t disregard my fitness, Many people in the population is overweight and this is a problem, overweight is a disease because affect the human body, the overweight brings cholesterol, fatgue.There are now cars and machines that facilitate lifestyle.
